Legislative regulation of struggle against spam

The lawyers of “IT-Counsel” have taken part in the session of the Section on information technologies and communication of the Advisory council at the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

The session has been devoted to legislative regulation of struggle against spam.

There appeared the representatives of the Association of operators of GSM-networks, FSUE «Mail of Russia», Yandex, etc. The presiding officer was Mr. V.L.Gorbachev, the First vice-chairman of the State Duma Committee on power, transport and communications.
