Within the limits of a direction on protection of intellectual property of Partner Bureau "IT Counsel" the registration and deposition Society "IT Counsel" has been created. The Main objective of creation of the organisation is creation of legal conditions for the pre-judicial decision of the disputes connected with the copyright to products of a science, the literature and art.

The registration and deposition society "IT Counsel" is created within the limits of a direction on protection of intellectual property of Partner Bureau "IT Counsel". The Main objective of creation of the organisation is creation of legal conditions for the pre-judicial decision of the disputes connected with the copyright to products of a science, the literature and art. Mechanisms offered by us will allow authors to protect successfully the rights as at a stage of pre-judicial settlement of dispute, and it is direct in court.

The basic product offered by the Society, is registration and deposition of objects of the copyright, author's contracts and other contracts on cession of rights on product.

Registration and deposition represents the certificate a registration and deposition Society "IT Counsel" the fact of existence of product for certain date. Confirming to registration the client of the Society receives the Certificate and to product unique number in the Register is assigned. If product is registered at once after its creation, in case of dispute occurrence apropos задепонированного the author or other diligent legal owner can always prove products that owned product before the person who challenges this right.

the deposition Purposes can be formulated as follows:
• fixing of the fact of existence of product for certain date;
• about product existence for certain date it becomes remedially known to disinterested persons;
• maintenance of additional proofs on a proceeding case;
• the publication of the Register of the registered products as a preventive measure from infringement of the rights of legal owners is possible.
