The decision of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation

YOU the Russian Federation recognised point 3.3 of the appendix to the Order of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Russian Federation "About perfection of the organisation of work on registration and the account of legal bodies and the physical persons registered as individual businessmen, in the Uniform registration centres and in tax departments" not corresponding to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation from "About an order of publication and coming into force of certificates of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation and standard legal certificates of federal enforcement authorities", to Rules of preparation of standard legal certificates of federal enforcement authorities and their state registration, the confirmed Governmental order of the Russian Federation from 8/13/1997 № 1009, and not operating in this part of the appendix to the named Order.
