The Commercial practice is one of key areas of practice of "IT-Counsel". We provide comprehensive legal support in line with different stages and aspects of our clients’ commercial activity. Our services range from legal support and advice during contract negotiations, to issuing proceedings and conducting litigation on our clients’ behalf, to subsequent enforcement.
